Coming off a 7-6 season, the Western Michigan Broncos look to win more than just home games.
All of Western Michigan’s wins last season were at home, except for a thrilling overtime contest against Ohio 37-34.
In 2020, the Broncos face five new opponents — Colgate, Cincinnati, Notre Dame, Akron and Buffalo. The 12-game season features six home games and six 2019 bowl teams. The season is scheduled to open with four consecutive non-conference contests.
WMU President Edward Montgomery announced May 15 that he plans to resume normal campus operations in the fall, pending approval of the government and public health authorities.
The season is set to kick off in Kalamazoo on Friday, Sept. 4 against Colgate.
