Tennis boot camps start July 13 – Pacific Daily News

A Beginner Boot Camp for kids will give newcomers to tennis a chance to learn the game in as little as two weeks.

A release from the Guam National Tennis Federation announced registration for the first two-week camp scheduled for July 13-24.

Guam National Tennis Center coach Cindy Nguyen, a former NCAA Division I college player from the University of Hawaii, will lead the boot camp.

Two packages are offered.

The first package includes 10 half-day lessons at either the morning or afternoon session. That package costs $380.

The second package at $700 offers 10 full days of instruction at six hours a day and includes free lunch and snacks. The sessions last from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Non members of the GNTF must pay $50 to join the federation for a year. Familiy discounts are available.
